Wedding Reception.....

We enjoyed the reception..... there was a dance. Check out the pictures of Dad dancing. At first he did not want to dance, but Kyle got him going and look...... WOW!

Sleepy.......

Kathryn was SO SLEEPY tonight that when cousin Dawn brought over a doll cradle for her to have, she crawled in and wanted to go to bed.

Tom, Kaare and Kyle were playing with Kathryn's nemo beach ball. Well, to make a long story short, Tom hit the ball into the neighbor's tree. The boys got it down, but all the time, Kathryn kept pointing at the tree and saying, "ball". She had to help navigate the search. It was quite the ordeal.

" I am ready for the big leagues!"

"Daddy and Uncle Kaare taught me to play baseball tonight. I had so much fun. I had even more fun watching mommy try to hit the ball."

Puppy.....

"No, it is not my new puppy. Uncle Kyle and Aunt Ellen got a new puppy. His name is Stanley. I got to meet him the other day. I really liked playing with him. But, he got tired real fast and slept a lot. "

Aunt Kris.....I Almost Made a Visit.....

' Mom and I went to the post office today to mail you a letter...and the lady was going to send me along; priority mail, but mom did not have enough money for shipping. Sorry Aunt Kris."

Father's Day Weekend

Kathryn enjoyed time with her dad and grandpa this weekend. She had lots of fun! She even learned how to play a new game...... bocce ball (I think??!!) She watched and learned and walked along side of the guys, so next time she can beat Uncle Kyle.

A Trip to the Big Town of Mora, MN

We went up to the cabin last week for a few days of rest and relaxing. Kathryn rested a lot and slept 15 hours one night. We enjoyed a trip to Mora and the park. Kathryn loves to swing and slide!

Kathryn's First Hail Storm

Kathryn, Ellen and I had just gotten home from shopping when a hail storm blew through Kyle and Ellen's neighborhood. Kathryn was not quite sure what to think of it. The hail was golf ball size! Ellen and I experienced the effects of the hail first hand.....we both got hit in the head with one. OUCH!

After the storm, Kathryn was helping to clean up. Our car got hit pretty bad and so did Kyle and Ellen's house. We are all ok though, which is all that matters.
