Quin and Kathryn

The cousins enjoyed playing golf today at Grandma and Grandpa's. I think they made up their own rules when playing... it looked like they were chatting about it.

Grandma's Birthday

"We celebrated Grandma's birthday today.... Happy Birthday Grandma! I made her brownies for her birthday...and had to taste the batter to make sure that it tasted ok. My mom turned her head for a moment, and came back to this...me licking the spoon. (Don't worry...mom took the spoon away and we used a new one). We went to Grandpa and Grandma's this afternoon for a little birthday party....It was a lot of fun! And the weather was great! Grandma says that tomorrow we can eat some of the brownies!"

Pretty Night Dress...

Kathryn is into wearing "pretty dresses" to bed... so she is sporting off her new night dress from Grandma. She had just had a bath and had her nails done...before bed last night.

Mother's Day

Despite having bronchitis and not feeling good all day, I had a great Mother's Day with Kathryn. I got several fun gifts from her and Tom... NCIS season 2...Caribou Coffee... and time with Kathryn, Tom and my family.....what more could a mom ask for!

Gardening...and Biking

Kathryn had her first experience gardening today.... thanks to Uncle Kaare, Aunt Michelle and Quiny Boy..who gave her a gardening set for Easter. She did not want to get her hands in the dirt tough....ishy! While gardening, Tom was putting together Kathryn's first bike. She loves it! She was not happy when she had to come in tonight for bed.
